WHAT I'VE BEEN UP TO

If you are in the states and celebrated Thanksgiving, I hope you had a wonderful time. I hung out and watched football with my brother, and later my cousin and his four kids busted out Ukulele and my brother and I on guitars had a great time.

So I woke up this morning and, much like you, was hit with tons of deals. If you're like me, it gets a little overwhelming. So here are some deals that caught my eye.

I BOUGHT A SURE SM7B

I use Sweetwater's 6 Month Same as Cash Deal to buy a Sur SM7b. I thought I had to sign up for their credit card. I didn't. This thing never goes on sale. Now that I know this, I'm very tempted to buy (I need this like a hole in the head) a Tascam Mixcast 4 (I have a Rodecaster...)

I purchased the Vlog theme from Meks (who has a 30% sale going today), I bought their video based theme to spruce up davidjackson.org in the future and better spotlight my efforts on Youtube. I've never used their themes before, but they look great, have lots of functionality, and aren't too expensive. I'll let you know later how it works out.
